The Wandin Draught Horse & Yesteryear Festival takes place all weekend at Mont De Lancey Historic Homestead in Wandin North. Families can enjoy seeing draught horses ploughing fields, vintage machinery in action, blacksmiths crafting ironwork, and wood-turners creating beautiful timber objects. Visitors can also explore old-time skills like shearing sheep, wool spinning, and quilt-making, alongside a display of vintage cars and motorcycles. The festival offers plenty for kids with free games, a jumping castle, face painting, and market stalls selling unique crafts and treats from local vendors. Two Peas Cafe will be serving refreshments throughout the event.
