Lake Bolac Eel Festival
The Lake Bolac Eel Festival is a biennial celebration held over three days in late March at Lake Bolac. It features a diverse program of activities such as an art auction and dinner, a twilight ceremony, a festival forum, a healing walk, workshops, stalls, live music, and more. Rooted in the region's rich First Nations heritage, the festival honours traditional eel migration traditions while offering a relaxed and friendly environment for visitors to connect with nature, culture, and community.
