The Brownie Festival at The Chocolateries offers a chance to sample 12 limited-edition brownie flavours created by their expert chocolatiers and pastry chefs using sustainably sourced chocolate. Visitors can participate in hosted tasting sessions where they can craft their own custom brownie, sample eight different creations, and enjoy exclusive desserts and ice cream for $28 per person. Additionally, guests can decorate their own brownie with unique toppings at the Yarra Valley location for $12.50. The event also includes free entry, chocolate-themed activities like a seek-and-find map challenge, and live demonstrations of chocolate-making by skilled chocolatiers.
