Ricotta Festival
At the heart of the Thomastown Ricotta Festival is the legendary Ricotta Calda, made fresh and served warm. With over 35 stallholders, visitors can explore a wide range of authentic Italian treats, from arancini to tiramisu, as well as enjoy live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs at the LaManna Cooking Demo Stage. The event also features a marketplace showcasing local artisans and producers.
